Refund policy

Intelligent Air is dedicated to delivering unparalleled quality in each of our air treatment solutions. We make every attempt to ensure that your order is dispatched from our warehouse in pristine condition. If, however, you find yourself not completely satisfied with your Intelligent Air product, you are welcome to return the item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund, a replacement, or an exchange. Please note that custom items, special orders, and replacement parts are not returnable.

To initiate a return, you must contact us via email at sales@intelligentair.com. Please include your order number and the item's serial number in your request for a smooth processing of your return.

A restocking fee may apply for incorrectly ordered replacement parts. Please note that our free shipping policy does not apply to returns and is the responsibility of the customer. 

Refunds will be issued within 5 to 10 business days upon the arrival and inspection of the returned item at our facility.

This return policy is applicable solely to purchases made directly through our website.
